SD-ZW500 Intelligent Temperature And Humidity Controller
This meter is controlled by advanced MCU as core, using imported high-performance temperature and humidity sensor, can measure and control temperature and humidity signal at the same time, and achieve liquid crystal digital display, also can set up and display separately upper or down limit by the key, so that the meter can automatically fire electrical fan or heat booster to automatically adjust the actual temperature and humidity of the measured environment according to the actual situation. The action indication is outputted by Two normally open contact, genuinely making the meter to achieve intelligence to more adjust to the complex actual situation, so as to achieve the goal of protecting the instruments effectively. This meter is compliant to high and low switchboard, terminal box, Box type substation and so on.

Basic function
- Three figur LED digital liquid crystal display.

- Setting up and display separately upper and down limit by the key, and achieve the memory of the parameter when the electricity is off.
Logic control relationship
1. Temperature type (adding heater and fan) (remark: load I contact fan; load II contact heater)
(1) when the temperature of the environment is too high( higher than the upper limit temperature set up), the fan will fire. When the temperature of the environment down to the upper limit temperature set up - 5, the fan will stop work.
(2) When the temperature of the environment is too low( lower than the down limit temperature set up), the stove will fire, When the temperature of the environment upper to the down limit temperature set up+5, the stove will stop work.
(3) When the humidity of the environment is too high (higher than the upper limit of the humidity set up), the fan will fire, add wind to destroy high humidity of the environment, when humidity lower than the down limit of the humidity set up, the fan will stop work.
2. cooling type (only add fan) (remark: load I and load II all contact fan)
(1) When the temperature is too high(higher than the upper limit of the temperature set up), the fan will work, add wind, make the temperature down. When the temperature of the environment down to the upper limit temperature set up - 5, the fan will stop work.
(2) when the humidity is too high( higher the upper limit of humidity set up), the fan will work, add wind, destroy the high humidity condition of the environment. When the humidity is lower than the floor lever of humidity set up, the fan will stop.
3. heating type(only add stove)(remark: load I load II all contact stove)
(1) When the temperature is too low( lower than floor lever) the stove start, when the temperature of the environment upper to the floor lever temperature set up+5, the stove will stop work.
(2) When the humidity is too high(higher the upper limit of humidity set up), start the stove to get rid of dampness, when the humidity is lower than the floor lever of humidity set up, the stove will stop.
